1. About Us qpBuy.pk is an online store operated in Pakistan, offering Healthy Arabian Cuisine (HAC) food products and grocery items delivered to your doorstep.

2. Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We accept online payments via Bank Transfer Online and other available payment methods (JazzCash).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available temporary.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver now inside Bahria Town Karachi Only.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or demand. The minimum delivery time for food preparation is 30 to 45minutes after the payment has been confirmed and for Grocery Items within 30 minutes as per availability.
  • qpBuy.pk is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Food Safety

  • HAC menu items are freshly prepared and should be consumed promptly upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies. Please review product ingredients before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property All content on qpBuy.pk including logos, images, and text is the property of qpBuy.pk and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability qpBuy.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
