At qpBuy.pk, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver only inside Bahria Town Karachi. Availability may vary by product type and location.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Healthy Arabian Cuisine (HAC) — Food Menu Items:

  • Prepared food orders are delivered within 30-60 minutes of order confirmation, depending on your location and demand.
  • HAC food orders are only available during operating hours.

Grocery Items:

  • Standard delivery within 1 days for Karachi.
  • Outside Karachi areas may take 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free delivery may be available on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed at checkout).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays or weekends may be processed the next business day (grocery items).

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact you before arrival.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt redelivery once. After that, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued (minus any delivery charges).

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 hours of the expected delivery time with your order number and photos.
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. qpBuy.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
