Part 1: Healthy Arabian Cuisine (HAC) — Food Menu Items

All HAC menu items (Falafel, Shawarma, and other prepared food) are freshly prepared and perishable.

Non-Returnable Items Prepared food items cannot be returned once delivered as they are made to order.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • You received the wrong food item(s)
  • The food arrived spoiled or in poor condition
  • Your order was not delivered at all

Cancellations: Within 15 minutes of placing the order only. Refund Requests: Must be made within 2 hours of delivery with photos. Processing Time: within 24 hours to original payment method or store credit.

Part 2: Grocery Items

Return Eligibility

  • Item arrived damaged, expired, or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item was not delivered

Return Window: Within 48 hours of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable: Fresh produce, dairy, meat, opened items, or sale items.

Refund Requests: Contact us at www.qpbuy.pk within 48 hours with order number and photos. Processing Time: 2–3 business days to original payment method or store credit.
